Received a message from this number with a PDF file attached, suspected to be a scam. The message claims that I have an unpaid toll fee, and asks me to click on a link to make the payment. However, I have never been to that state before. I am asking for opinions, is this a scam targeting me?

Surely they are trying to get money out of your pocket. Don’t trust that fool.
