Today, I received a notification from BRITISH COLUMBIA PARKING ENFORCEMENT AGENCY with a link (http://parkinginfractionportal.com). I wonder if the scammers know that they send tickets by mail, not text messages. Be cautious, do not call back, and do not visit the link.
