I just received a scam call from a person impersonating a bank employee, claiming that someone had used my card to make an $800 purchase at Best Buy. Suspicious, I directly called the official customer service hotline (the phone number printed on the card) to verify and it was confirmed that this was a scam.
Notably, their voice did not have any foreign accent, but sounded American. Below are the phone numbers they used to call me: +1 (615) 840-0454 & +1 (810) 369-3529
