I received a phone call. The caller informed me that someone had used my Amazon account to purchase a laptop and headphones. When I requested to file a transaction dispute, they asked me to provide my full name, address, and ZIP code. I declined, emphasizing that if there was a suspicious transaction, I requested them to cancel it and issue a new card.

The scammer then insisted that I verify my identity by providing a 6-digit code sent to my phone. Realizing their fraudulent intent, I made it clear that I wasn’t foolish enough to share my personal information or verification code. ⚠️ Everyone, be careful, scammers are everywhere
