I received a message saying that Cash App: Ed Irons has sent me $150. When I checked, the money was actually in my account. The issue is I don’t know who Ed Irons is. I called Cash App using the number I found on Google, they confirmed the amount in my account and said I could send it back. However, I want to do some research before doing so. Can anyone explain what kind of scam this might be?
