Everything was going smoothly until they asked me for the route information and account number for payment. Why, after I have communicated with the agent through the Quote number, can’t I just input that number directly into Lemonade’s website for secure payment, instead of having to transfer money over the phone with the risk of being scammed or leaking information? Post a warning to everyone.
