PayPal Scam Alert! I received a fake email from PayPal with two clear signs of a scam. The company name ends in (LLc) (lowercase c), when it should be (LLC). The seller’s note asks to call the phone number if the transaction is not officially recognized by PayPal.
The scammer’s trick is to get me to call their phone number, where they will steal my personal information and make the payment. So everyone needs to be very careful not to be scammed.
